Netumo supports Cisco Webex as a notification medium, so that you can receive outages and other alerts from Netumo on your webex client.
To enable notifications to Cisco Webex follow the below.
- Create a space in Cisco Webex that will receive notifications to.
- Invite the members that you wish to receive notifications.
- Invite the Netumo bot to the space. You can search for [email protected]
- Copy the space link from the Webex client

Submit the space link to Netumo in Manage….Notification Integrations under the Webex section.
It is possible to test the webex integration by clicking on the Test Send icon next to the Webex logo. Please save the form prior running a test.
